| Q: When I tried to log in I got
a message that says "Unauthorized". |

| A: If this problem
occurs every time you enter your user id and password, you may be entering some portion of
it incorrectly. Please try:
- Double-check your keying of the Username and Password.
Note: Your Username was issued to you when you signed up. It is not your
personal name.
- Ensure that you are entering all characters in lowercase.
- Do not press the "Enter" key or click on
"OK" until you have entered both the Username and Password in their respective
boxes.
