A: This condition can
occur if:
- You exited your browser without clicking on
"Logout"
- You attempt to do another search in another browser window
- Someone is already logged in using your Username and
Password
- You clicked on the browser's Back button too many times
This condition clears itself automatically after
approximately 10 minutes. If you need your user ID unlocked immediately, contact Cinahl Technical Support.
To avoid this problem:
- Always click on "Logout" in
CINAHLdirect before
exiting your browser
- Don't try to start several windows of Internet Explorer or
Netscape Navigator at the same time
- Never share your Username and Password
- Keep your use of your browser's Back button to an absolute
minimum while in CINAHLdirect
