Q:  I get an "Error 308" when I try to log onto CINAHLdirect.  Why?
A:  This error is usually caused by your not being able to connect directly with our computer.  It is likely that you are attempting to connect with us through a "firewall" - a computer that is acting on your behalf.  Our equipment requires a direct connection such as those obtained through most commercial online services - or at least a connection that does not aggressively block us from identifying who you are.

Try to connect with us from another computer or through another service provider.  Contact Cinahl Technical Support if you are not successful.
